The goal of psychological counseling is to offer support in finding solutions for situations arising in everyday life. With the help of the psychologist, the reasons that have led to the emergence of problems are analyzed and new aspects, solutions and prospects for the future are found. Counseling helps find the resources within oneself that are necessary in order to better cope with life. One might also discover new strengths that they were previously unaware of. In their work psychologists use several different methods and techniques (conversations, tests, drawing, games, family therapy).
